As we've covered, arranged marriages aren't common in Western culture any longer. In fact, some Americans think of the old tradition as time worn and maybe even a bit barbaric. However, these opinions don't stop the fact of the matter: arranged marriages are a part of our history as a human race. We grew from these roots, flourished and blossomed and they became foundations for our modern society. Some look at them as mistakes, but we learned from these mistakes. Others still look at arranged marriages as a normality and believe that the old ways are the right ones. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and maybe the things we think today will considered primitive centuries from now. But we will continue to grow as a global community, advancing from old ideas and developing new ones as we always have done. Alright, ungrateful youth. I hope you've learned something valuable from this. Love is everywhere and oppressing it might not always be the best way to go. Let them love, man. let them love.
